CHARLOTTE, NC –Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Jack Santaniello, a partner in the Charlotte, North Carolina office, presented to business owners at the Latin American Chamber of Commerce of Charlotte’s Advanced Business Builder Program sponsored by Fifth Third Bank. Business Builders is one of the Education Programs offered to the community by the LACCC. Jack spoke to these entrepreneurs on "The Law of Business 201." 

Jack’s principal areas of practice are general corporate and commercial transactional matters, including corporate formation and dissolution, copyright and federal and state trademark matters, as well as franchise, distribution and licensing law. He has extensive experience in representing companies and their owners in a wide variety of business activities, including transaction negotiations, contract review, shareholder disputes, business and commercial litigation. Jack also has experience in non-profit organizations, commercial bankruptcy and creditors' rights matters as well as securities law matters. Jack earned his B.S. and received his J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
