TOLEDO, OH – The law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that J. Douglas Miller was re-elected as President of the Board of the Wood County Economic Development Commission (“WCEDC”) for a two-year term. Doug was sworn in at the 25th Annual Dinner of the WCEDC on March 22, 2018.
The WCEDC, founded in 1993, promotes the economic health of Wood County, Ohio communities and businesses and is an active participant in the Northwest Ohio Economic Development Association.
Doug is a partner in the intellectual property practice in the Toledo office. He is a registered professional engineer and registered patent attorney licensed in the State of Ohio and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
