TAMPA, FLORIDA – The law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Tampa associate, Thomas F. McDonnell, Jr. has been elected to the Florida Museum of Photographic Arts Board of Directors.

The Florida Museum of Photographic Arts (FMoPA) is a museum dedicated to exhibiting important photographic art as central to contemporary life and culture.  FMoPA collects, preserves, and exhibits historic and contemporary works by nationally and internationally known photographic artists.  FMoPA also enriches the community by operating outreach programs to educate children and adults.

Tommy represents clients primarily in the areas of commercial bankruptcy and restructuring, community association law, and general business litigation. He frequently defends community associations and property managers before the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in financial/budgetary inquiries and licensure proceedings, as well as representing creditors, trustees and business entities in federal bankruptcy court and in general business disputes.
