Joseph J. Santaniello Joins the American Bar Association Franchise Forum Diversity Caucus

CHARLOTTE, NC – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Charlotte partner Jack Santaniello has been invited to join the American Bar Association Franchise Forum Diversity Caucus as a member of its Steering Committee. The Diversity Caucus assists both the Forum on Franchising and the American Bar Association in meeting their respective goals and objectives regarding diversity. Jack is hopeful that his Latino and Italian background will provide additional perspectives to the Caucus’ initiatives.

Jack has over 20 years of experience in representing companies and their owners in a wide variety of business activities, including transaction negotiations, corporate formation and dissolution, contract review, ownership transfers and disputes, management buyouts, equity succession transfers, and business and commercial litigation. Jack also has experience in non-profit organizations, commercial bankruptcy and creditors' rights matters as well as securities law matters.
