Mike’s presentations were titled “Ethical Considerations in Real Estate Transactions” and “Transfers of Title to Florida Real Estate.”  

Mike has been a Board Certified Real Estate Attorney since 1990 and is active in the both the Florida Bar and Sarasota County Bar Association, having served two terms on the Real Estate Certification committee and also as Chair of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee (12A).  Mike is “AV” rated by Martindale Hubbell and is listed in the 2018 and 2019 editions of “Best Lawyers in America.”
