TAMPA, FL – The law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Tampa Partner Jeffrey Fabian graduated from Tampa Connection.  The Tampa Connection program develops emerging leaders in the Tampa area while helping to meet Tampa’s growing social, health and education needs.  Part of its mission is to prepare class members to become active volunteers and leaders in the Tampa Bay community.

Jeff focuses his practice on intellectual property law, including litigation, procurement, and counseling, as well as other areas of complex commercial litigation. Jeff is a registered patent attorney, and his practice includes the preparation and prosecution of patent applications. Before joining Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, Jeff served as a law clerk for the Honorable Elizabeth A. Jenkins, United States Magistrate Judge for the Middle District of Florida. While in law school, Jeff received the Florida Law Review Outstanding Associate Editor Award, and he earned academic awards in trial practice and appellate advocacy.
