Jeffrey B. Fabian

Partner, Litigation & Disputes Regional Service Line Leader

Jeff focuses his practice on intellectual property law, including litigation, procurement, and counseling, as well as other areas of complex commercial litigation. He is a registered patent attorney and board certified by the Florida Bar in intellectual property law.

Jeff’s practice includes the preparation and prosecution of patent applications. During law school, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Elizabeth A. Jenkins, United States Magistrate Judge for the Middle District of Florida. Jeff received the Florida Law Review Outstanding Associate Editor Award, and he earned academic awards in trial practice and appellate advocacy.

A former test engineer for Northrop Grumman, Jeff has experience conducting hardware and software testing for military surveillance aircraft. He also worked as an intern in a semiconductor fabrication facility during his undergraduate studies, where he assisted with developing manufacturing processes for computer microchips
