TOLEDO, OH – The law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Martin D. Werner, partner in the Toledo, Ohio office, has been named to the firm’s national Management Committee.

Marty is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive), a member of the Financial Institutions practice group and former co-chair of the department. Marty previously served on the Management Committee from 2010-2015.

Marty has over 35 years of experience in the representation and organization of banks and bank holding companies. He represents financial institutions in both public securities offerings and private placements, and also assists his financial institution clients with general corporate and tax matters.
