TAMPA, FL – Tampa Partner Greg Yadley has been named one of Florida’s Most Influential Business Leaders by Florida Trend magazine. The Florida 500, now in its third year, is an exhaustive year-long research initiative by the editors of Florida Trend, delivering a personal, engaging look at the state's most influential business leaders across major industries. A variety of sources are used to produce the list, including input from executives of economic development organizations, professional associations and others who know their communities, industries and the state well.

Greg has practiced corporate and securities law for over 40 years and has been a partner with Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP since January 1993. Prior to entering private practice, he served as Branch Chief at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and Assistant General Counsel for the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, both in Washington, D.C. Greg currently serves as a member of the SEC’s Advisory Committee on Small Business Capital Formation. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the George Washington University Law School.

Having worked across a broad range of industries and having handled transactions of all sizes, Greg brings a wealth of experience to clients in representing business entities, including closely-held and family businesses and large and small public companies. Practicing for more than 40 years has allowed him a deep understanding of what the various participants in a transaction are looking for across the spectrum, which enables him to successfully represent clients in a variety of matters.
