TAMPA, FL – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is growing its Tampa office with the addition of Senior Attorney Stefan Beuge. Stefan joins the Bankruptcy, Insolvency & Creditors’ Rights practice group bringing with him more than a decade of experience representing a variety of secured and unsecured creditors.

Committed to achieving the most favorable results for his clients, Stefan focuses his practice on representing creditors, investors, and distressed debt lenders in bankruptcy, foreclosure, and collections. Stefan has extensive experience representing mortgage lenders in loan workouts of distressed real estate. Corporate and individual clients rely on Stefan for his collaborative approach and good judgment to help them achieve their goals.

Born and raised in Germany, Stefan moved to the United States where he pursues his passion for law and obtained his law degree from Stetson University College of Law. Stefan’s vital courtroom experience includes having successfully argued highly contested cases in U.S. Federal Court..
