Abbey is a senior paralegal in the Labor & Employment Service Line, where she draws on her more than 17 years of experience to guide clients through complex immigration law matters. Abbey assists employers with obtaining temporary and permanent visas for skilled foreign workers, including coaches, athletes, physicians, managers, executives, scientists, and information technology specialists.
Abbey has extensive experience in:
- Obtaining E, L-1, H-1B, O-1, and TN visas on behalf of foreign workers
- Obtaining permanent residency based on employment and extraordinary ability
- Securing family-based green card applications, National Interest Waivers, H-1B cap exempt petitions, and J-1 Waivers
Abbey began her career in the Environmental and Energy Service Line, focusing on litigation involving substantial document-intensive matters that required advanced database management skills and client interaction to respond to government document and discovery requests.
In her free time, Abbey enjoys traveling with her husband and cheering on The Ohio State Buckeyes.
