Abby is a member of the firm’s Litigation & Disputes Service Line, where she handles a wide variety of commercial disputes. She practices in federal, state, and appellate courts in North and South Carolina, advising equipment and product manufacturers, commercial real estate companies, construction contractors and developers, local businesses, and individuals through all stages of litigation and arbitration. With her background representing homeowner and homeowner association plaintiffs in construction defect litigation against nationwide developers, clients benefit from Abby's experience resolving disputes prior to litigation.

Abby's litigation practice includes a wide range of disputes, such as:
