Abby is a member of the firm's Litigation & Disputes Service Line, where she handles a wide variety of issues, including product liability disputes and construction and business litigation. Her experience includes representing plaintiffs in construction defect litigation and representing homeowners, homeowners’ associations, and developers in actions against contractors for defective construction.
Her background includes:
- Recognition on the 2023 South Carolina Super Lawyers and Rising Stars list. Each year, no more than five percent of the lawyers in the state are selected for the honor
- Serving as an Appellate Defender with the South Carolina Commission on Indigent Defense
- Clerking for a small family law practice
- Serving in the legal department of a financial company specializing in consumer and international consumer debt portfolios
- Serving on the Charleston County Bar's Wellness Committee
When Abby is away from work, she enjoys cooking and exploring all that Charlotte has to offer.
