Elected director of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Amy has more than two decades of experience representing companies and individuals in a wide variety of employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions and applications, as well as family-based petitions and naturalization/citizenship applications. She regularly handles all types of J-1 212(e) waiver applications, among other types of waivers.
Authorized to represent clients on federal immigration matters in all 50 states and Puerto Rico, Amy has successfully represented a broad range of clients, including:
