Drew represents owners, operators, developers, and investment firms in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and financing. Often serving as lead counsel, Drew is known for guiding clients through complex deals with a practical and business-minded approach.
In addition to his transactional work, Drew serves as outside general counsel to closely held entities, advising on entity formation, drafting organizational documents, and negotiating shareholder agreements.
Drew began his legal career in the real estate group of an international law firm based in Atlanta, where he represented a major multinational telecommunications company in its real estate negotiations.
A recruited athlete at Columbia University, Drew has maintained a strong interest in soccer. Outside the office, he enjoys playing golf, fishing, and traveling.
