Anna is a member of Shumaker's Real Estate, Construction, and Development Service Line. She represents clients in a wide range of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including property acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, and development.
Anna's transactional real estate experience includes:
- Commercial and residential lease agreements
- Commercial and residential purchase sale agreements
- Commercial and residential closings
- Land use and zoning matters
Anna graduated cum laude from University of Miami School of Law, where she served as an editor for the University of Miami Race and Social Justice Law Review. During law school, Anna gained practical experience as a law clerk for a Fortune 500 construction and engineering firm and as a summer associate in Shumaker's Sarasota office. She earned a B.A., magna cum laude, in Sociology from Boston University. In her free time, Anna enjoys traveling, exercising, going to the beach, and spending time with her family and friends.
