Anna serves as a Project Manager in Shumaker's Corporate, Tax & Transactions Service Line, bringing over 24 years of experience in corporate and real estate matters. In her role, Anna assists in all aspects of corporate and real estate matters, including entity management, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.
Anna manages complex transactional projects, including preparing, filing, organizing, and analyzing complex documents and records, and maintains corporate records to ensure they meet all legal requirements. She works hand-in-hand with the relationship partner for Welltower Inc.— one of the firm's largest clients — to manage its needs and projects across the firm's many service lines.
Outside of the office, Anna enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, traveling, running half marathons, and baking bread and pastries.
