Annie serves as a transactional paralegal in Shumaker's Toledo office. She is a member of the Corporate, Tax and Transactions & Real Estate, Construction & Development Service Lines.
Annie assists clients and attorneys with a broad range of transactional matters. For corporate transactions, she drafts documents such as articles of organization and incorporation, LLC agreements, bylaws, and amendments. Annie also files formations, qualifications, name amendments, employer identification number applications, and annual reports for corporate transactions. On the real estate side of her practice, Annie records and prepares deeds of ownership and reviews closing documents.
A graduate of The University of Toledo's Post-Baccalaureate Paralegal Studies Program, Annie interned with Shumaker during her final semester of school. Annie also holds a B.A. in History from Hillsdale College.
Outside of the office, Annie enjoys swimming, reading, trying out new coffee shops, and spending time with her 11 nieces and nephews.
