Brenda is a trusted attorney with extensive experience in intellectual property (IP) law field. Her practice consists of counseling large and small clients to develop, maintain, and enforce their IP portfolios.
A former engineer, Brenda possesses technical knowledge and experience that is essential in representing clients in complex matters across a vast range of industries, from manufacturing companies to financial service firms. She has a diverse range of experience, including:
- Preparing and prosecuting foreign and domestic patent and trademark applications
- Providing infringement and validity opinions
- Conducting due diligence and patent landscape analyses
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering and is a registered Engineer-in-Training.
Outside of the office, Brenda enjoys attending the sporting events of her four children, spending time at the family farm, and relaxing at home with her husband and a good crossword puzzle.
