A nationally certified paralegal through the National Association of Legal Assistants, Beth also maintains the Florida registered paralegal designation through the Florida Bar. She has significant experience handling case management for document-intensive, complex litigation matters. In addition, she works on cases throughout the United States in bankruptcy litigation matters involving representation of creditors, distressed debt lenders, trustees, committees, and business entities litigating disputes in bankruptcy court.
Beth also works on cases involving construction defect, delay damages, design deficiency, environmental hazards, and structural failure on behalf of surety companies, contractors, and design professionals. She has experience working on simple and complex indemnity actions and a wide variety of other legal disputes, including:
- General litigation and commercial litigation
- Labor and employment disputes
- Professional liability cases
- Land use matters
