With more than 20 years of experience in real estate law, Elizabeth focuses on all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions, business acquisitions, and formations. She represents individual clients—from first-time homebuyers to sophisticated investors —and entities with acquisitions, development, dispositions, and financing of commercial and residential properties throughout South Carolina. Her practice includes representation, preparation, and negotiation of contracts, easements, leases, and other agreements.
Additionally, Elizabeth has extensive experience in:
- Title curative work
- Representing lenders and servicers in residential and commercial mortgage foreclosure actions
- Bankruptcy proceedings
When not digging into dirt law, she enjoys hiking, camping, playing tennis, and spending time with her two boys and their menagerie of pets.
