Evan is a member of the Litigation & Disputes Service Line, with a focus on transportation and logistics. He brings experience representing clients in a variety of complex commercial disputes.
Evan has successfully sought and defended against emergency injunctive relief, demonstrating his ability to navigate high-stakes litigation. He has practiced in both state and federal courts and has experience in:
