Hannah is a member of the Wealth Strategies Service Line, where she focuses her practice on estate planning, corporate tax, and business transactions. She advises individuals, families, and business owners on a broad range of matters, including entity formation, business structuring, succession planning, and tax-efficient strategies for closely held businesses. Hannah also assists clients with estate and wealth transfer planning, trust and estate administration, and the intersection of corporate and tax considerations in business and personal planning.
While in law school, Hannah interned for a boutique probate law firm in Alabama, where she gained extensive experience in estate planning and administration before beginning her legal career after graduation. She also chaired the ambassadors program, served as a member of the mock trial team, and participated in pro bono programs through Guardian Ad Litem and tax assistance organizations. She is admitted to practice in both South Carolina and Alabama.
Hannah and her husband own Wellington Golf Co., a golf lifestyle brand that combines his love of the sport and her love of travel. The company is named after their beloved dog, Wellington (whom they affectionately call “Wellie”). Hannah also enjoys reading with a glass of wine, traveling, and cheering on Auburn sports teams.
