Jack is a Florida Registered Paralegal in the Corporate, Tax & Transactions Service Line and has more than 20 years of experience in entity formations and business transactions. He also has experience with profit-sharing plans and is a Notary Public in the State of Florida.
An avid athlete, Jack participates in various events throughout the year in support of several charitable organizations. As a member of the American Cancer Society DetermiNation Team, he helps raise funds in the fight against cancer. He completed the 2015 Chicago Marathon, 2017 New York City Marathon, and 2018 Barcelona Marathon. Jack also bikes in the Southwest Florida Tour de Cure to help raise funds in the fight against diabetes, completing the 2015, 2016 and 2017 Tours de Cure.
