Jason is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in labor and employment law. Employers turn to Jason for his experience handling a broad range of employment disputes, including discrimination and retaliation actions, wage and hour litigation, restrictive covenant and trade secret claims, and other employment litigation.

Known for giving practical and prompt legal advice, Jason regularly advises clients regarding compliance with employment laws, including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and various other federal and state laws, as well as on general employment matters, such as hiring, firing, performance appraisals, managing employees, and workplace investigations.

A management-side labor and employment lawyer, Jason assists clients in developing and preparing employment and independent contractor agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, severance agreements, employment policies, and employee handbooks.  Jason also regularly conducts manager and employee training.  Jason has authored numerous employment law articles and is a frequent lecturer on a variety of employment topics.

Outside the legal realm, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, fishing, and cheering for the Florida Gators.
