Jason is an intellectual property (IP) lawyer with more than a decade of experience who concentrates his practice in the areas of patent application preparation, prosecution, and post-grant proceedings, as well as opinion work and client counseling. He has argued cases before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and he frequently speaks on topics pertaining to U.S. patent law.
Jason has drafted and prosecuted patent applications for a wide variety of technologies, including:

- Ceramics and simple mechanical devices
