With more than 16 years of experience as a paralegal, Julie is a member of the Real Estate, Construction & Development Service Line and assists clients with commercial real estate closings and title and survey reviews, among other matters related to real estate and development.
Prior to joining Shumaker, Julie worked for 10 years handling eminent domain cases and other real estate matters. She also focused on due diligence associated with commercial real estate closings, as well as public records research and document recording.
Away from work, Julie enjoys shopping, traveling, skiing, and creative DIY projects.
