Clients across multiple industries turn to Peter for business representation and counseling with respect to mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters, including stock and asset acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures, financing transactions, franchising, and negotiation and drafting of complex commercial contracts. He has extensive experience representing both buyers and sellers in a wide range of transaction structures and values in a variety of industries. Peter is a member of the firm's Finance Committee and former regional hiring partner and corporate department chair.
Before attending law school, Peter worked for more than five years in the audit and assurance services group of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in Chicago, where he performed financial statement audits for a diverse client base. Peter enjoys spending time outside the office with family, playing golf, and watching his children's sporting events.
