A Florida Registered Paralegal, Rick works on a broad range of litigation matters involving commercial/business, construction, real estate, landlord/tenant actions, collections, commercial/residential foreclosures, bankruptcy, and general civil litigation in both state and federal court. In his more than almost 30 years of experience, he has assisted in many types of litigation ranging from simple disputes to extremely complex matters and pre-litigation to months-long federal trials.
He has prior experience in insurance defense, intellectual property, medical malpractice, franchise law, products liability, consumer finance, employment law, and bad faith claims. Between high school and college, Rick worked as a general office assistant in a law office, where he quickly realized that his personality, critical thinking, and detail-oriented skills lent themselves well to a career in the legal field.
When not at work, Rick enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing with his dogs, and volunteering for a local ministry. He also enjoys nature and classic and muscle cars.
