Samantha Regala

Associate

Samantha is a member of the Intellectual Property Service Line, where she focuses on transactional and litigation intellectual property (IP) work, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights. Samantha is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and has background in drafting federal trademark applications, as well as in handling mergers and acquisitions and corporate matters.

Samantha’s IP experience includes:

  • Preparation and prosecution of patent applications
  • Preparation of trademark and copyright applications
  • Petitions and cancellations before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board
  • Patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation

During law school, Samantha served as a law clerk and interned at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida in the Civil Litigation Department. She is a Florida native who enjoys exploring bookstores and coffee shops throughout the Tampa Bay area, as well as spending time with her family, traveling, and being active.
