Stefan Beuge is a Florida attorney with more than sixteen years of experience representing creditors, lenders, and financial institutions in complex litigation, asset recovery, and post-judgment enforcement. His practice focuses on creditor rights, commercial collections, floorplan lender representation, and distressed asset recovery in both state and federal courts.

Stefan's work centers on maximizing recoveries through strategic enforcement actions. He handles the full range of post-judgment and collateral-recovery remedies, including garnishments, bank and wage levies, replevin actions, vehicle seizures, lien enforcement, UCC Article 9 remedies, levies on real and personal property, and proceedings supplementary, including investigations into fraudulent transfers and successor liability. He also conducts targeted asset investigations, debtor examinations, and due-diligence reviews to identify viable collection avenues and uncover hidden assets.

In addition to his creditor-rights practice, Stefan advises clients on land use, zoning, and development matters throughout the Tampa Bay region. His land-use experience includes rezonings, alcohol licensing, site-plan approvals, and code enforcement disputes, where he provides practical, results-oriented guidance to property owners, developers, and businesses.

Clients rely on Stefan for his strategic approach, deep knowledge of enforcement mechanisms, and ability to resolve complex problems efficiently and effectively. His work consistently demonstrates a strong commitment to protecting creditor interests, recovering collateral, and delivering outcomes that align with client goals.
