Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in strategic communications, business development, and marketing, she works directly with clients to understand their businesses, priorities, and challenges, and to demonstrate that the firm is an integral part of their team.
Wendy believes the foundation of successful client development is a genuine commitment to relationships. She takes the time to listen, learn, and understand what matters most to clients, using those insights to identify opportunities, connect clients with the right resources and talent, and strengthen relationships. Her approach is rooted in the belief that the most effective business development is not about selling services, but about understanding people and finding ways to help.
Her extensive communications and marketing background further enhances her ability to translate client insights into strategic opportunities. She excels at identifying connections, forging strategic partnerships, developing compelling narratives, and creating initiatives that deepen engagement, strengthen relationships, and drive growth.
This philosophy extends beyond her professional work and into her commitment to the community. Wendy serves as Vice Chair of the OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital Development Board and is a member of its Nomination Committee. She has also served on various community boards and remains passionate about giving back and helping others.
Away from work, Wendy enjoys spending time with family and friends and pursuing her adventurous interests. She is an avid scuba diver and skier, holds a Bareboat Sailing Certification, and has earned a Right Seat Companion Certification for flying.
