Anna serves as a Project Manager in Shumaker’s Corporate, Tax and Transactions Service Line, bringing over 24 years of experience in corporate and real estate matters.
In her role, Anna assists in all aspects of corporate and real estate matters, including entity management, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. She works hand-in-hand with the relationship partner for Welltower Inc.—one of the firm’s largest clients—to manage its needs and projects across the firm’s many practice groups.
Anna manages complex transactional projects, including organizing and analyzing complex documents, records, and other materials. In addition, Anna’s experience extends to the preparation and filing of organizational documents and the maintenance of corporate records, ensuring they remain up-to-date and meet all legal requirements. Her efficiency and responsiveness make her an integral part of the firm, ensuring that all client projects are conducted accurately and in a timely manner.
Outside of the office, Anna enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, traveling, running half marathons, and baking bread and pastries.
