Throughout his 30-year career, David has represented clients ranging from large, publicly traded corporations to individuals. He advises in all areas of bankruptcy, including commercial landlords in disputes with tenants who have filed bankruptcy petitions, defending clients in preference actions, representing banks and other secured lenders, and representing unsecured creditors.
In addition to his bankruptcy work, David’s broad practice includes:

- Business torts
Outside the legal realm, David is involved in his church and enjoys spending time with his wife of more than 37 years and his four children. David is a member of the 1978 Ball State University Mid-American Conference Championship football team that was inducted into the Ball State University Athletics Hall of Fame in 2018.
