With more than 20 years of experience in real estate law, Elizabeth focuses on all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions, business acquisitions, and formations. She serves a wide range of clients — from first-time homebuyers to sophisticated investors and REITS — in acquisitions, development, dispositions, and financing of a variety of property types. Elizabeth also has extensive experience in preparing and negotiating contracts and leases, including both landlord and tenant representation.
Additionally, Elizabeth has extensive experience in:
- Title curative work
- Representing lenders and servicers in residential and commercial mortgage foreclosure actions
When not digging into dirt law, she enjoys hiking, camping, playing tennis, and spending time with her two boys and their menagerie of pets.
