Kelly is a Florida Registered Paralegal and notary public working in Shumaker’s Litigation and Disputes Service Line with the Financial Services Business Litigation group, which represents large financial institutions and high net-worth individuals in securities litigation and violations of contractual covenants.
As a native Spanish speaker with nearly 10 years of experience as a paralegal, Kelly regularly assumes a critical role on many of the firm’s international matters. Further, clients benefit from Kelly’s significant experience in case management from inception of the case through discovery and trial.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys traveling internationally and spending time with her family.
