A seasoned attorney, Michael has been in practice for more than four decades practicing in several areas, including real property, commercial loans, zoning, planning and land use, business law, administrative law, and education law.
Throughout his career, Michael has developed extensive experience in local government, real estate, business and land development, and corporate law. In 1980, he served as the first Assistant County Attorney employed by Charlotte County. In addition, he has extensive experience representing Florida Public School Districts.
Michael routinely handles real estate projects from concept to completion on behalf of owners and developers and has resolved matters involving community associations.
He finds guiding public school districts through their many challenges especially rewarding.
Mike’s memberships include the Charlotte County Bar Association, Florida Bar Real Property in Probate Section, and Florida School Board Attorneys Association.
In his spare time, Mike enjoys cooking, entertaining, and spending time with his family. Serving on the Board of Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida has been an especially satisfying use of his talents and experience in building the community.
