Daniel is a loyal and hardworking attorney who is known for developing relationships with people from all walks of life. An Associate in Shumaker’s Real Estate and Development Service Line, Daniel aims to be a deal-maker and find creative solutions to any and all of his clients’ issues.
A former summer associate in Shumaker’s Toledo office, Daniel works on commercial real estate matters, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and landlord-tenant issues, as well as construction, land use, and zoning matters. He graduated as the Valedictorian of his class at The University of Toledo College of Law, where he also worked with the United States Attorney’s Office, the Toledo Legal Aid Society, and as an extern for Judge Jack Zouhary of the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing, mountain climbing, kayaking, and birdwatching, as well as watching live music and cooking for friends and family.
