Jason is a results-driven intellectual property (IP) lawyer with more than a decade of experience. He concentrates his practice in the areas of patent application preparation, prosecution and post-grant proceedings, as well as opinion work and client counseling. Jason has drafted and prosecuted patent applications for a wide variety of technologies including:
- Biological diagnostics
- Polymer and pharmaceutical chemistry
- Cosmetics
- Fiber optics (vapor depositions processes, etc.)
- Ceramics and simple mechanical devices
In addition, Jason has argued before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and he frequently speaks on topics pertaining to U.S. patent law.
