Mike’s litigation experience includes representation of manufacturers, energy companies, commercial landlords, and franchisors in all aspects of commercial and business litigation. He has successfully handled a wide variety of complex litigation matters, including business and franchise disputes; environmental litigation under the Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act; regulatory disputes and challenges to administrative regulations and statutes; and commercial real estate disputes, tort cases, and workplace safety actions.
