Todd is a business lawyer, specializing in intellectual property (IP) protection. His practice spans a wide range of intellectual property and technology-related litigation and transactional matters for the firm's clients. He assists clients in crafting sound intellectual property protection and enforcement strategies so they may secure and maximize the value of their critical intellectual property assets. Todd also handles trademark and copyright registration matters and licensing, transfer, and other business transactions.
Todd is AV® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and certified as an Intellectual Property Law Specialist by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education. Certification is the highest level of recognition by The Florida Bar of the competency and experience of attorneys in the area of Intellectual Property Law. In his spare time, Todd enjoys boating and fishing with his two children Ryan and Audrey. He is also an active member of the Outback Bowl Association, the Hillsborough County Bar Foundation, and the Dartmouth Alumni Club, serving in various board and executive committee roles. Todd served on the firm's Management Committee for six years, including as Vice Chair of the Committee and Tampa Office Managing Partner.
