A member of Shumaker's Litigation & Disputes Service Line, Kim has nearly two decades of experience serving on national discovery counsel teams for a variety of clients, including the product liability dockets of major manufacturers and multiple clients involved in asbestos litigation. She is involved in all stages of the discovery process, from working with clients to develop discovery strategies to drafting and reviewing discovery motions, affidavits, and discovery responses.
Kim also has coordinated multiple large-scale document reviews and productions through all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model process and has superior proficiency in multiple E-Discovery and document management systems.
Kim is a member of the Toledo, Ohio State, and American Bar Associations, as well as the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists. Outside of the office, she enjoys hiking, gardening, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.
