An approachable and diligent attorney, Yoni is known for finding creative solutions to clients’ most complex issues. He is a member of the Litigation and Disputes Service Line where he focuses primarily on community associations.
Prior to joining Shumaker, Yoni worked for another Tampa law firm and represented some of the largest real estate developers in the Tampa Bay area. He was deeply immersed in notable real estate projects, and he helped guide development projects from due diligence through administrative approval.
Yoni is a Tampa native and lives in the city with his miniature German Shepherd. In his free time, Yoni enjoys outdoor activities such as biking and snowboarding, reading, and watching/playing sports.
