Eric focuses on the acquisition, development, management, leasing, and disposition of commercial and industrial properties, office and retail projects, mixed-used developments, planned communities, and multifamily and condominium developments. He has broad experience assisting real estate owners, investors, and developers through the commercial real estate property lifecycle, including due diligence review, acquisition and financing, and related development, entitlement, leasing, operational, and management services.
A graduate of The University of Toledo College of Law, Eric also earned his MBA during law school. He holds a B.A. from Michigan State University.
