However, as AI systems scale, so do the risks. The challenge is no longer whether AI poses legal exposure but rather how to govern AI effectively before it becomes a liability. A strategic AI governance blueprint can assist leaders in building defensible and scalable governance programs that mitigate risk while enabling responsible innovation.
