SARASOTA, FL – The law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, is pleased to announce that Justin P. Senior has joined the Sarasota office as an associate attorney in the Broker-Dealer Litigation Practice Group. He is a member of a team of attorneys who represent large financial institutions and high net-worth individuals in securities litigation and violations of contractual covenants. His practice also focuses on employment law, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, commercial litigation, and arbitration before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

Justin received his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his B.A. in English from the University of Central Florida. At the University of Florida Levin College of Law, he was a senior articles editor for the Florida Law Review, from which he received both the Frank E. Maloney Outstanding Candidate and the DT Smith Outstanding Associate Editor awards. Justin was a member of Shumaker’s Summer Associate class in 2016.
