Shumaker Partner Gregory C. Yadley Named One of Florida's Most Influential Executives by Florida Trend Magazine

TAMPA, FL – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Partner Gregory C. Yadley has been named one of Florida’s most influential executives by Florida Trend Magazine in their 2019 Florida 500 edition, a special section that highlights the 500 most influential business leaders in different economic sectors throughout the state.

Greg is recognized as a “Florida 500” due to his involvement in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Small-Business Capital Formation Advisory Committee, where he is an inaugural member and was elected secretary. The committee is designed to provide a formal mechanism for the commission to receive advice and recommendations on commission rules, regulations, and policy matters relating to small businesses. He is one of only three practicing lawyers on the 15-person committee.

Having worked across a broad range of industries and having handled transactions of all sizes, Greg brings a wealth of experience to clients in representing business entities, including closely-held and family businesses and large and small public companies. His practical, yet positive and creative approach, paired with his extensive experience in securities matters, including advising clients with regard to their private and public offerings of securities (initial public offerings) and their ongoing disclosure obligations, enables him to facilitate his client’s business objectives and achieve a solution where parties are aligned.
