TOLEDO, OH – Two lawyers in Shumaker’s Toledo, Ohio office, William H. Gosline and John “Jack” L. Straub, were honored by the Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) for 50 years of service to the law profession. Both were recognized at the OSBA’s 2020 District 4 Annual Meeting, which was held virtually on October 13th.
Bill practices in the Trusts and Estates practice group. He has more than five decades of extensive experience in the estate planning, estate administration, trust law, succession planning, elder law, guardianship, and adoption services. Bill received his J.D. from The Ohio State University College of Law and his B.A. from Denison University.
Jack is a member of the Litigation practice group and has practiced almost exclusively in the area of Family Law for 40 years. He has extensive experience in divorce and dissolution matters, as well as having extensive appellate experience. Jack received his J.D. from The University of Toledo and his B.A. from the University of Michigan.
