As a lawyer in Shumaker’s Litigation & Disputes Service Line, Andrew counsels and represents small and large financial institutions, as well as high-net-worth individuals in the financial services industry on a variety of employment law matters. He has assisted in defending regulatory investigations in the financial industry before state regulators, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Andrew advises employees and financial institutions regarding compliance with—as well as breach and enforcement of—Restrictive Covenants, including covenants not to compete, customer non-solicitation, and confidentiality.
Prior to attending law school and joining Shumaker, Andrew attended Boston University, where he was on the varsity men's rowing team. From there, Andrew attended New England Law in Boston, where he concentrated on business law and litigation and received his compliance and risk management certification. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys being active and training for various races and triathlons, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
