Clark is a member of the firm's Litigation & Disputes Service Line, where he focuses on defending clients in medical malpractice cases, medical device litigation, and catastrophic personal injury litigation. Prior to joining Shumaker, Clark handled workers' compensation defense at another law firm. He was previously a law clerk at the North Carolina Court of Appeal for Judge Mark Davis.

Outside the courtroom, Clark can be found spending time with his wife and daughter and volunteering for charities in the Charlotte community. He also is an avid fan of the Panthers, Hornets, and Tar Heels.
