James E. Fanto

As a lawyer in the Litigation & Disputes Service Line, James focuses his practice on representing large financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals in securities litigation and violations of contractual covenants. His practice also focuses on:

  • Employment law
  • Restrictive covenants
  • Trade secrets
  • Commercial litigation
  • Arbitration before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)

While attending the University of Florida Levin College of Law, James was the Education Chair of the Trial Team and Vice President of the Association for Law and Business. He earned his undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University, where he played football and rugby and was the President of the Johns Hopkins University American Marketing Association.
